Lockdown Adjusted Level 3: What is allowed?
We continue to offer the following services but with additional COVID-19 Safety Precautions:
- Vehicle Services and Repairs
- Car sales as normal at the dealership but please book an appointment to test drive. We continue to deliver cars from the dealership but home deliveries can be requested
- Parts sales as normal.
Our additional COVID-19 safety precautions include:
- Separate entrances for our vehicle showrooms and workshop/service reception to restrict movement between departments. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
- Our coffee shop is open for take-away coffees and light meals only. We regret that no sit-down service is available at this time.
- All visitors and guests are screened and contact details taken for tracing purposes.
- Service bookings can be made on our website or by calling our booking clerks on the numbers below. Please refrain from walking into our dealership to make a service booking until the heightened lock-down level is lifted.

Servicing your vehicle: What to expect
Your safety is our top priority. Please take note of the following:
Preparation: Make sure that your car is free from clutter and bring your own pen to sign the job card.
Screening: We will take your temperature on arrival. No admission if your temperature exceeds 37.5 degrees.
Social Distancing: Only 6 cars may enter at a time. Please join the queue on arrival. We will come out to meet you. When collecting your car, please abide by the social distance markers on the floor.
Disinfecting: We will wipe down all high touch points in your vehicle with isopropyl alcohol. This is the recommended international standard to disinfect without damaging upholstery or touch screens.
Courtesy transport: Please arrange your own lift. Our shuttle service is not running at this time.
Refreshments: Our coffee shop is open to the public. Please adhere to social distancing guidelines.
Car Cleaning: We are operating with essential staff only. Please forgive us if your car is not cleaned to our normal high standards. We are ensuring that we disinfect your car on arrival and before handing it back to you.
