Servicing your vehicle: What to expect
Your safety is our top priority. Please take note of the following:
Preparation: Make sure that your car is free from clutter and bring your own pen to sign the job card
Screening: We will take your temperature on arrival. No admission if your temperature exceeds 37.5 degrees.
Social Distancing: Only 5 cars may enter at a time. Please join the queue on arrival. We will come out to meet you. When collecting your car, please abide by the social distance markers on the floor.
Disinfecting: We will wipe down all high touch points in your vehicle with isopropyl alcohol. This is the recommended international standard to disinfect without damaging upholstery or touch screens.
Courtesy transport: Please arrange your own lift. Our shuttle service is not running at this time
Refreshments: Our coffee shop is open for takeaway coffees only. Should you be looking for other refreshments please bring your own.
Car Cleaning: We are operating with essential staff only. Please forgive us if your car is not cleaned to our normal high standards. We are ensuring that we disinfect your car on arrival and before handing it back to you.
